Vice President of Sales

Role Overview

We are hiring a Vice President of Sales to drive growth across our portfolio and lead strategic customer acquisition. This is a senior leadership role that blends technical credibility with go-to-market execution. You'll own pipeline development, build the sales organization and work closely with executive leadership and technical leads to position Arbure as the trusted partner for security-driven organizations navigating compliance and architecture challenges. This role combines hands-on selling, team building, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the overall sales strategy across core offerings
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales function, including direct reps, SDRs, and partner/channel contributors
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to scope work, ensure alignment, and reinforce Arbure's reputation for execution
  • Act as a senior representative with strategic accounts—capable of leading CISO and technical stakeholder conversations
  • Represent Arbure at events, conferences, and industry briefings to promote brand awareness and thought leadership
  • Develop and deepen channel relationships with technology partners
  • Forecast and report pipeline activity with precision

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in infosec consulting, cybersecurity services, or compliance-related sales
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership or VP-level role with responsibility for team performance and strategy
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, high-trust environment with direct access to founders and clients
  • Strong communication skills, capable of bridging technical details with business outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range (OTE): $294,000 – $314,000 annually
  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
  • Target Commission: $224,000 – $234,000
  • Performance Accelerators: Additional upside available
